Hide time of last post on forum home?
I am trying to make a super-streamlined forum setup for people with shared hosting, or other reasons causing them to slow down. I have made an extremely optimized style that utilizes a template edit to reduce load, but now I need to turn off the actual function behind it.
Basically: on FORUMHOME, the style does NOT show the date and time of the last post in each forum, how do I make vBulletin NOT call for that information? My template doesn't display it, but it's still being called for. I want to make a plugin, similar to the Hide Who's Online For Guests hack, that would stop that info from being retrieved. Thanks in advance! |

i'm pretty sure it needs to call this in order to chronologically sort the threads, why no just leave it anyway? eating up too many cpu cycles? lol
