TimeZone Conditional

I am working on something and I want to be able to show a user an image based on their timezone.

Is there any timezone conditional in vBulletin and if so how would I do it so that a person in the -5 timezone (Eastern Time) sees a different photo then one someone in -6 (central time) sees?
