Thanks, That is close, now just something that lets you email the file and possibly auto-remove and timed access to it.

is a free file hosting script which has an email field, auto-remove and a timer before they can download the file, but it's not integrated with vBulletin...

Yep, that should do what I need, Thanks for that, I guess it doesn't have to be integrated as I just want to use it for my use only to send files not let others use it for now.
