one of my members bought a certain amount of points, but after he paid, he didn't get the points? I already set up the subsciption and the amount of points for that membership. But I don't know why he doesn't get those points?

A couple others have reported this problem, I'll look into it today and see if I notice any problems on www.vbplaza.com
