I see how you change a members custom title manually....
or the user group. Is there anyway you set it up so When they get 500 Posts, you have permissions to the user title? ________ vapir no2

You can use vBulletin's Promotion System to promote the user to a usergroup that allows the user title to be changed.
AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Promotions
