One of my members is having trouble seeing my site the right way.
Here is what she said:

I can't see anything really. All I see is little red x's where there's suppose to be smilies, and well just about anything else. Everything except this, and some of the other format details is red x's. I cant' remember how to fix it!

Can anyone give some ideas why this happens or what I can do to fix it?

Clear his browser cache may be a good start.

She finally got back to me, here is what she has said now..

Cori, I cleaned out cookies and history like you suggested, then I refreshed. No change.

Cookies and history are not the cache, did they actually clear that ?

Well that depends on what browser they are using.

in IE6 > Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files > Delete all offline content.

Can't help with any others.
