Would some one be able to explain where I go in the admincp to edit phrases?

I have a couple of mods and need to edit some of the wording, I have been told I need to edit the phrases but I dont know how to!

vB ACP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases -> Edit and fill in lower box once you find the phrase
