This adds a "My Posts" link to your navbar with a drop down for threads.

So you don't need to click your own profile anymore to find your recent topics and post.

@ Benj: not sure, I tried adding &exclude=1,2,3,4 or &include=1,2,3,4 but doesn't seem to work.
