Need a programmer for customization - $$$

I am looking for a programmer that can customize the vBulletin (2.0) scripts to use the APACHE ForceType attribute so the variables passed to the formum are search engine friendly and they look like they are directories and not variables passed with a ? mark.

This is a paying gig and I would need it to be done by a professional programmer.

Here is a sample of the ForceType code that would sit on a script and take everything sent to www.domainname.com/news/

I need a plan of attack, and an estimated completion along with how much it will cost.
