I'm trying to do a script that sends out a email to users that have checked to receive admin emails....however I'm having trouble identifying people that have checked the box.

I know the phrase is include_users_that_have_declined_email and I've found it in adminfunctions_user.php which then references to adminemail and then I get lost lol any help would be great! Thanks!
