Suggestion: Only active users earn interest on bank points.

I think it would be a nice feature to have only active members of your forum earning interest. I'm not sure what the threshold on this should be. Maybe at least 1-5 posts per your interest set x days? (I have mine set at every 2 days).

This is how it currently works.

Interest is only awarded when someone access a vBulletin page that uses "global.php" (which is all vBulletin pages).

If the user doesn't log in, they wont get their interest until they log in again.
