Blocking WOL directories

There are some directories that i do not want anyone to know about on my website, and i noticed lately that when someone is in the directory, the directory shows up in WOL. It's not a vbulletin folder at all; its an ftp site. Is there a way i can prevent the directories, alll sub directories and files from being displayed in WOL?

The only people who can see the exact locations are admins afaik. That doesn't show up for everyone.
