Hello,

Could someone please make a hack for when a moderator or admininstrator soft deletes a thread it automatically goes into a specified forum, e.g. Recycle Bin forum?

It's proving too difficult for them to remember to move a thread over to the Recycle Bin forum and end up soft deleting it instead and think it would be handy if when a thread gets soft deleted it moves over to a specified forum.

do a search for recycle bin...there is already one out there similar to this... it adds a link to the moderation drop down, that says move thread to recycle bin...

Why not just leave it in the forum?

The problem is with that hack my moderators will forget to click the move to recycle bin and soft delete instead and I have to run a query to move all soft deleted threads to the Recycle Bin forum which is a pain.

If there was a hack that automatically moved soft deleted threads into the Recycle Bin forum it would make the job a lot easier.

Why not setup a cron that will run the query at a given time then?
