Please i don't know how to do that, and i must do that for Google Adsense integration.

How do i do a Query/code for change content on data from windows-1255 to utf-8

I don't mean Languages & Phrases, that i know how to do and i do it...
I need only the Query for change the old content (Posts & TitlesPosts) from windows-1255 to utf-8

This sounds like a mysql question. Try asking on a mysql forum or experiment with phpMyAdmin.
