no arcade menu in the ACP after installation

I am still having a problem to show the arcade in the ACP menu as it says in the installation

I have vb 3.5.4 and I have vbadvanced_cmps_2_1_0 installed already

when I go to :
Plugin System -> manage products

I see
ibProArcade for vBulletin 2.5.6 ibProArcade - professional Arcade System for vBulletin

but that's about it ... tried logout then login ... deleting the cache then login .. still no luck

any idea ?

I had a simular issue... As suggested to me in a PM from Zeropage, you might want to check the "includes/xml" directory to make sure the arcade's XML files are there. You may also want to re-uploading the XML files to the "includes/xml" directory if you're not sure. Sometimes when files are FTPed, they may get corrupted or end up being "0" bytes and causes problems.
