Creating an e-mail form based on vbulletin

Hi,

I really need help how to code something but I have absolutely no idea where to start!

This is the page I need to use. I would like to be able to create an e-mail message so to speak that sends all collected data to my e-mail address.

(This I don't know how to do!)

but I would like to to check that the username exists in my vbulletin forum and that the 6 Digit security number matches the username (this is something collected upon registration).

Once this is verified it should then send the email.

Could anyone please please help as I have no idea where to start and to make matters worse I have little knowledge of coding
