Need help badly here, Forums Leaders question

I want to be able to show the forums leaders in other sections of my site, I know the code for it is in the showgroups.php, but how do I just take the tables out, I dont know, I want to be able to put the forum leaders table like on my main page under "Members of Site" or something.
