Hey all,
I have contacted the skin creator before anyone says.
Basically the forum in question is:

I need a desinger, for free, who would help me sort out the header.
I have a random banner that appears, but I would like to make a nice header for the forum when on the left it says "PitBikeClub" and on the right there random banner will show.

Your forum is phpbb - everything on this site is for vBulletin forums.

Your best bet would be to ask on www.phpbb.com - but they won't support you because you have removed their copyright link.
