Default Automatic Post User Note on...
I am looking for a way to automatically create a new user note when a user:
  • Requests to join additional usergroups (including the note they put in when requesting)
  • When the requests are approved, and who approved them
Thanks in advance.

Ok...I wrote the first one...lol.

The second one is a bit more challenging...
