what does leaderboard mean in the ... arcades

It's basically a table with points awarded for each score that you get. eg, 1st place gets 10 points, 2nd gets 9, etc.

Think of it a bit like a football league where you get points for winning games, and the more points you get, the higher up the table you go.

Sorry for the poor analogy, but it's the best one I can come up with at the moment.

why does my leader of the leaderboard always stay empty?

dr, i think you gotta update something in arcade cp.

Another question I have is, why is king of arcade and leaderboard leader two different people?

You will need to ask for support for your particular arcade in the relevant thread as that is a specific problem related to your setup and arcade system.

The King of the Arcade is usually the person with the most 1st places, whereas the leader of the leaderboard can be the person who has played the most games where they have scored points.
