I really like the portal when you first load vBulletin.org

Could you tell me a link to this please and where to get it.

Plus, is it for 3.5.4?

The one used here is custom, the closet that you can get currently is vBAdvanced. If you want it to look like the one here then it is all down to the configuration, and some tweaking of the templates.

probably more a case of the org has to have some stuff that you can't get anywhere else.
