At around 11pm my hosting provider took my server off line to install a new HDD for me so i could have room for extra stuff. I was told 30minutes downtime tops, so naturally i told my clients 60minutes,
Well anyway its now 2am, and i cant even get a courtesy response from the company as to whats going on..

i have had that happen a few times... sometimes things go wrong, write them and see...

im not sure... i have had that with one company i was with and have since left them... do they have a number you can call?

No answer there either, simply a recording.
And even their live sales chat, that always use to work doesnt appear to have anyone working it
