[FIXED] Guests can download hacks ?

I was browsing the the 3.5x mods earlier and noticed I was not logged in, but I could still see and download the mods/hacks - is this a potiental bug ?

But you can see all those things that should display as 'Codedisplayerror' if you browse the forum as a guest.

I can confirm that clicking on an attachment gives the no permissions error and a login box, but that code in HTML or code tags is visible.
