Latest posts (not topics) on forum index

Is there any such hack for vBulletin 3.5.4? I have the latest topics script in the forum index (from a tutorial at vBulletin.com) but that just shows the latest topics created and doesn't update when existing topics are replied to.

I want the latest active topics to come on top when a new post is added. Is there a plugin/mod for this? Thanks.
