Icon in address bar.
Please help!
What I would like to do is have my own icon come up in the address bar of every browser when my URL is called, would someone know how to do this? does vb3 need to be configured to display my icon? like example.. |

Then type in Favicon in google, and you will see some online favicon generators, it's called a favicon.ico. Upload that icon to your root forums folder and there you go. Clear your cache and you will see your new little icon |

Thanks everyone for your help. my next question is does it matter what I names this .gif file before uploading it? I figured I would have to edit the favicon.ico to see the .gif
john. Never mind I just figured it out, you can tell I'm new at this...thanks again for the help! *****Update!******* You guys have me curious so, Just for the heck of it I decided to try it as 64X64 like The Chief suggested and It did work, I uploaded the icon as 64 x 64 with 23bit XP without any problems.
