Using Moderator Options

How does a Regular User who's bought the Ban User moderator option actually use it? They don't have access to the moderator panel, or do they?

I also can't see how they can edit signatures and avatars.

Could someone help, please?

They cant use it, u have to be a moderator to use those options.

That's y they are only available by default for Moderator/Super Moderators/Administration usergroups.

The general permissions options. They purchase "Can Change Signature", then inside their User CP, there will be an option on the left navbar to Change Signature/Avatar.
