Is there a Skins and Styles 101 posts anywhere? Here are my questions.

1. What is the difference?

2. How do you create them?

3. Do they conflict with the CSS functions in VB?

1. There is no difference. The official term is "Style"
2. Using the Style Manager in your AdminCP
3. No, they use the CSS.
