SQL Database Error - Need Help

I tried to install the Quick Shoutbox hack/mod and it screwed something up with my database. I keep getting this error:

Database error in vBulletin 3.5.3:

Invalid SQL:
show tables like vb3_'sl_shout';

MySQL Error : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'vb3_'sl_shout'' at line 1
