glibc error

I have recently ordered a new server. If I try any php script to read from a database I get this error:

Code:

*** glibc detected *** corrupted double-linked list: 0x088a96d8 ***

I ran the script via ssh. I also installed vbuletin, but didn't work and I get HTTP 500 internal server error.

Can anyone help me here?

Thanks
