I have roughly 2000 members on my site. I was asked if I would rent out my email list. Im not sure exactly what "renting and email list" is exactly. Anyone care to clarify. I dont want to ask this guy what he means by it lol. Also what would something like this run? I know the members will not like this.

He emailed me back wondering what my rates are for me to send out an email with a plug of his upcoming band dates, by week and by month.

Anyone have input on this ?

Not sure if you send newsletters to your forum members.
Instead of sharing your email list, I will better send a mass email to all my members as a newsletter and inform them about the prospective advertiser as well

well i know some of the band members. but now they want me to advertise their schedule in the weekly newsletters i send out and he wants to know what my rates are for being mentioned in a weekly email and once a month email
