When there is a connection error with database forum gives an error message like that:

"Please try again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, whom you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience."

I want to modify it because of my database's query limit. When it reaches 50000 queries it gets blocked. And I'll write a script that solves this problem. But I don't know where the code that gives this error is. Can you help me?
