Displaying Different logos for the sub-forums

I have manages to change the category images on the forum home on my forum using the hack below:

But i need to know if its possible to have different logos for each different sub forum, changing this image [ ]. I know this has different images which show weather the forum has been posted in or not with the subforum_old.gif and subforum_new.gif.
