Index as portal page

Is there anyone who can guide me to do that? I've been trying to figure it out but no luck.

OK there's just one thing. I am trying to act "www.bonethugsforums.com" as my portal page and "www.bonethugsforums.com/index.php" the link to my forums. Could anyone of you guide me how to do that please?

if you meant this ?
Goto your vbulletin options and rename your forumhome to anything from index

go into your files and rename /index.php to /anything.php
now you can setup other index.php file which will be your portal
anything.php shall be your new forum URL :-)
