registered user dont have Edit Avatar line in control panel but they could see it by http://www.***********.com/profile.php?do=editavatar

but admin login and goes to User CP .. it is listed there but not for registered users.. can someone help me out with this please .. thankkk u soo much in advance

Check the usergroup settings for registered users. You must have it turned off in there.
