Help!!!

i have a problem when trying to import plugins into my forum...

i have tried installing the multiple ae detector plugin and the new rep and new post comments plugin... i got both of these plugins from this forum which i have been told they are working but when i install them into my forum i am given a

in /home/forumlar/public_html/forum/index.php(63) : eval()'d code on line 1

that above message always stays on the top of the site....

i told this problem to vbulletin.com they told me to re upload all the vb files which i did but then after when i tried installing the plugins again i am given the same error.

to get rid of the error i have to disable the hook system....

but when i try and install any new plugin the same error occurs.

what do i have to do pleas help.....

somebody please help
