After Upgrade Having alot problem

Last three days back , i have upgraded my vBulletin 3.5.3 to 3.5.4 , Now many of my plugins and product are not working ....
This is one problem and second is ...... I don't know how and where to make changes because i made so many changes in last 10 days , i forget everything.I don't know for what i have edited which template....very disgusting....

Give me suggestion ad solution for this/.....
