<font color="Purple">Not sure if im posting in the right section but can someone help please!

My name is Becky, im using my husbands id here, basically my problem is that I went into admin control panel, and tried to change the position of the VB shoutbox we have installed, when I tried to get back to the main page, or anywhere at all for that matter I get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: isbanned() in /web/sites/60/richiethorne/www.enchantedentertainment.co.uk/forum/global.php(349) : eval()'d code on line 149

Can anyone help?? My husband wont be back untill 5pm so i dont have access to FTP, i cant get into my admin CP panel anymore either i just keep getting that error.... Any idea's what i've done, and how to fix this??
