Default Can you Help me with this?
I want my forums page like this:
Top: Banner
Nav Bar Links (Transparent background)
Nav Bar Forum location thing (text only no box or frames round it)
forum statics
then the forums
then at the bottom the whats going on box then under that the Private messaging box.
this kind of template is pretty common like its on the following sites:

can anyone help me achieve something similiar?

Unfortunatley we cannot see what you mean as registration is required on both those sites, so I have absolutely no idea what exactly you are trying to achieve.

Can you take some screenshots and post them then we can review them and see about getting this done for you? Thanks.

Ive got a screen shot. sorry my monitor is big.

This is the kind of layout i wish to achieve.

The forum that this was in before was about releasing template modifications.
