Upgrade question...Skin files overwrite necessary? · **Released**: 04-20-2006

I'm running 2.5.4 and am wondering if I really need to overwrite all those files to get to 2.5.5.

I made some skin changes and would like to not have to do that again.

Yes, you always have to overwrite all the Files in order to get all Feature and no errors.

If you want to port your adaptions, compare your Skin-File with the new one and port over your adaptions to the new file.
I prefer the tool "Beyond Compare 2" for that, just ask Google
