Overwrite Oldest Message when Mailbox Full?

I searched through the forums, couldn't find anything like this..

Does anyone have a plugin or can make one that will automatically overwrite the oldest message in a user's mailbox if they get a new PM and their mailbox is full?

Anyone? This can't be too difficult!
