bank and other issue Details »»

Ive had a number of members PM me and IM me via AIM. They cant seem to use the bank or any other store options. When they try to use the bank they get this message :
"You are not allowed to purchase this item." Ive checked the permissions for all usergroups and have enabled them to use the vbPlaza. Ive disabled it and then renabled it in hopes it would get it to work but still now luck. Anyone else having this problem ? Show Your Support

Check the permissions for the Category, the category permissions filter down to the options. Make sure they are in a usergroup that is "allowed" access to the category under vbPlaza -> Manage Categories.
