Avatars not working...

at my site http://www.prelude-tech.com my members say that their avatars arent working. my admin user has one, but the reg. members say it doesnt work. i have avatars enable in admincp. any suggestsions?

not working or not seeing the option in cp?
have you enabled them for the usergroup?
