User Name/Title effects in Shoutbox and Memberslist

Is there a way to add the usertitle and username color effects and display them on the vbshoutbox and the memberslist? if so, could you please show me how?

For the shoutbox, it will require the shoutbox creator adding a hook into his system so I can update the username there.

For the memberlist, I could probably add support for this in the future.
