I need a hack where a unregistered/not logged in user can only view so many pages or attachments a day.

Is there anything like this yet?

Being listed in SE's isnt really the goal of the forums i want to limit this on, or maybe if it could be set to exclude certain IPs or maybe set it only active in certain forums?
