Automatic Buddy Add

Can anybody make a auto-buddy add, when a member first signs up? I think it would be a great additon to the, "Welcome PM Hack"

I am also looking for something similar. Admin is everybody's buddy. At registration admin becomes the buddy of new member and new member has admin as a buddy.
