Gifts given not showing up right away? · **Released**: 04-10-2006

We've had a few instances where people are receiving a PM to announce someone has purchased them a gift, but no new gift appears in their postbit or profile, until some time later. It could be an hour, it could be up to two hours, sometimes not until I run the clean up postbits. It corrects it if I run the clean up gift postbits task, but I don't want to have to do that everytime someone complains they can't see their gifts. Bug or something else?

I've had the same problem since the upgrade to 1.5.4.

This issue should be resolved in 1.5.5

Okay, great! It's always a sigh of relief when someone else verifies they have the same problem ... it means you didn't screw something up yourself. LOL

It should be fixed in v1.5.5, update and let me know if u still experience the issue.
