Just checking, when you enter and go to play a game in a tournament what size is the game screen? Is there anyway to make it like the regular pop up window ie full size like regular play?

No, Tournament-Games are static at the moment, the Games use the Resolution stored in the Game-Settings.
This is to make sure all Participants have the same chances
