To Install:

Unzip ?vBulletin_BlackandBlue? and upload ?vBulletin_BlackandBlue? folder to cpstyles in your forums folder (forum/cpstyles)
Before Logging into your Admin control panel use the option button to select this style.
Login and make sure you click install...

you're right this style kicks ass i always wonder how you people do that.I've tryed a dozen times with photoshop i'm just not a Graphics guy i guess
