stop refresh postdata

i have a couple .php pages that i dont want to be refreshed.
heres an example of what i dont want happen.
after you upload a picture at http://imageshack.us/ and get the links.
if you refresh the page what happens is,it makes a copy of the picture on the server.
it could be a problem if the file size is 100mb :ermm:
