Members logs, notes, dossier.

Other than Usernotes, which I currently use to allow members to post nice messages to each other, is there anything that mods & admins can use to write about users.

So if they want to change their username, I can record it. If they do something wrong, I can record it. If they request something I can record this too.

Any hack or something?
